A compact, brand-led café for a growing family operator, conceived as an elevated evolution of their first bootstrapped shop. We kept the primary forest-green identity and expressed it through a warm mid-century palette. The tight floor plate is planned for flow and dwell: all furniture is bespoke in a cherry veneer finish, with bench seating and tables, integrated storage, and leather upholstery. Overhead pendant lighting gives each table a clear pool of light, while air-conditioning provides heating and cooling. We added a fully accessible WC and rationalised circulation so queueing, seating and back-of-house don’t conflict. Behind the counter we procured and installed the full commercial kit and coordinated all services and clearances, so the bar works hard at peak yet the room stays calm, coherent and unmistakably on-brand day to day.
